Job Duties
- Support operation and sanitary management of Cold Room Unit during absences
- Oversee Product Control and Ingredient Control Unit as needed
- Adjust work schedule to cover varied tours of duty
- Interpret instructions and specifications related to food handling and storage
- Use and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure work practices follow sanitary and safety protocols
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks and manage supply carts and deliveries
