Job Requirements

Less than 1 year of applicable experience
Ability to work PRN (as needed) shifts
Availability for shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work efficiently and quickly
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to support team goals

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or dishwashing is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Handling, preparing and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations
Preparing cafeteria food service and delivering food to customers
Restocking cafeteria supplies
Maintaining sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment
Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling practices
Working as food runner, tray line member, food prep, dishwasher or store room assistant
Providing efficient and courteous customer service
