Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Can accept experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to read menu items in English except pot-washer position
- Ability to communicate in English except pot-washer position
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to push trucks and carts with food and supplies
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Adherence to HACCP standards
- Physical ability to lift carry push and pull up to 35lbs occasionally
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday and every other weekend

Job Duties
- Attends department meetings monthly in-services training classes as assigned
- Anticipates and meets customer needs and takes appropriate steps to rectify issues
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of department equipment
- Demonstrates a positive and friendly attitude
- Adheres to all HACCP standards
- Alerts supervisor to any concerns discrepancies product shortages
- Supports and upholds department goals to maintain or improve operations and customer satisfaction
- Works in various tray line cafeteria and kitchen positions
- Sets up and stocks food station for meal service
- Assembles patient trays serves food and beverage to retail customers delivers or retrieves trays from patient rooms
- Cleans station equipment and floors at the end of each meal
- Operates dish machine trash compactor and performs mopping floors
- Prepares additional food items for patient tray line and cafeteria operations
- Participates in sanitation projects assigned by manager
- Assists with training of new employees and cross-training of fellow employees
