- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience
- knowledge of food safety practices
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina for standing and lifting
- availability between 4:00 AM and 6:30 PM Monday-Friday, with weekend and holiday coverage

Job Duties
- Prepare, heat, and finish cooking food items for clients
- ensure food is delivered, set up, and served at the correct temperature
- maintain cleanliness in all kitchen, dining, and storage areas
- wash dishes, clean tables, and sanitize food preparation surfaces while adhering to food safety regulations
- support chefs and kitchen team members with restocking, food prep, and other daily operational tasks
- monitor and restock food and beverage supplies
- assist with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels
