Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or similar environment preferred
ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
compliance with vaccination policy
strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Ability to follow written instructions
experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID 19 or exempt by signed statement
good communication skills
basic understanding of kitchen operations

Job Duties

Provide support for the main kitchen including setting up all stations and performing assigned positions
break down all stations ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
perform floor stock procedures
clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
ensure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated
use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
perform other reasonable duties as assigned
