Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or similar environment preferred
- ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- compliance with vaccination policy
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow written instructions
- experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
- fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID 19 or exempt by signed statement
- good communication skills
- basic understanding of kitchen operations
Job Duties
- Provide support for the main kitchen including setting up all stations and performing assigned positions
- break down all stations ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- perform floor stock procedures
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- ensure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated
- use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
