Job Duties

Assist where assigned in the proper preparation of food on a daily basis
Assist with setting up service areas and with the portioning and serving of food items
Assist where assigned in the daily cleaning of the food service areas and/or food utensils
Assist as necessary in establishing the daily count of lunches served
Comply with all safety and health standards as set forth by state and federal regulations
Assist with the care, cleaning and regular maintenance of food service equipment
Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by the food service supervisor and/or the building principal
