Job Requirements

  • Previous food service experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to train
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Duties

  • Prepares food items by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
  • Weighs and measures designated ingredients
  • Carries pans, kettles, and trays to and from workstations following safety standards
  • Stores food correctly following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
  • Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly
  • Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
  • Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portion control
  • Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Addresses customer concerns and communicates relevant information to supervisors
  • Ensures compliance with company service, inventory, cash control, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned
