- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to train

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Prepares food items by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays to and from workstations following safety standards
- Stores food correctly following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
- Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portion control
- Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Addresses customer concerns and communicates relevant information to supervisors
- Ensures compliance with company service, inventory, cash control, safety, and sanitation standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
