Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to work full time or part time schedules including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepares fruits and vegetables including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
  • weighs and measures designated ingredients
  • carries pans, kettles, and trays of food safely between workstations
  • stores food in designated areas following proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
  • cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
  • uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
