Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of previous food service experience preferred
- ability to work full time or part time schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- weighs and measures designated ingredients
- carries pans, kettles, and trays of food safely between workstations
- stores food in designated areas following proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
