Job Requirements

  • Food service experience in a food or hospitality service operation, or institutional food service role
  • food handler’s certificate/card for applicable county/state
  • able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal and stressful conditions
  • able to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
  • able to bend, squat, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • flexible with working hours and locations based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Food service experience in food or hospitality operations
  • customer service experience
  • able to relate to others with courtesy and tact
  • tray-line or room service experience is a plus
  • basic familiarity with computers preferred
  • current Food Handler’s Certificate/Card for applicable County/State

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble patient food trays and carts with attention to detail
  • perform routine cleaning and stocking of pantries and kitchen areas
  • follow established recipes and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • provide excellent service in cafeteria and special events, engaging with guests and staff professionally
  • prepare grilled foods and serve meals according to order specifications
  • work effectively with other staff to deliver quality meal service on time
  • handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in fast-paced situations
