Job Requirements
- Food service experience in a food or hospitality service operation, or institutional food service role
- food handler’s certificate/card for applicable county/state
- able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal and stressful conditions
- able to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
- able to bend, squat, stand, and walk for extended periods
- flexible with working hours and locations based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience in food or hospitality operations
- customer service experience
- able to relate to others with courtesy and tact
- tray-line or room service experience is a plus
- basic familiarity with computers preferred
- current Food Handler’s Certificate/Card for applicable County/State
Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble patient food trays and carts with attention to detail
- perform routine cleaning and stocking of pantries and kitchen areas
- follow established recipes and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- provide excellent service in cafeteria and special events, engaging with guests and staff professionally
- prepare grilled foods and serve meals according to order specifications
- work effectively with other staff to deliver quality meal service on time
- handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in fast-paced situations
