Job Duties
- Attends department meetings and training classes
- anticipates and meets customer needs
- maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- adheres to HACCP standards
- alerts supervisor to concerns and discrepancies
- works in tray line, cafeteria, and kitchen positions
- assembles and delivers patient trays
- cleans station and equipment after meals
- operates dish machines and trash compactors
- prepares additional food items
- supports sanitation projects
- assists with training and cross-training employees
