Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasional lifting up to 45 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Willingness to cross-train and adapt to various job functions

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register
- Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions to offer suitable products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
