- one year of experience in a commercial food service facility
- ability to obtain a Lane County Food Handler's card within two weeks of employment
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
- commitment to report to work during university closures due to emergencies
- willingness to work in a fast-paced food service environment
