- one year of experience in a commercial food service facility
- ability to obtain Lane County Food Handler's card within two weeks of employment
- ability to understand and complete hazard communication training
- capability to interpret menus and usage reports
- essential personnel able to work during inclement weather and university closures

Job Duties
- perform front and back of house food service activities
- operate as a barista
- prepare and cook food according to recipes
