Job Requirements

  • Equivalent to graduation from high school
  • Six months of food services experience
  • Valid Clark County Health District card
  • Available to work any shift
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • Six months of food service experience
  • Valid Clark County Health District card
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Knowledge of safety practices and infection control
  • Ability to use equipment safely and effectively

Job Duties

  • Perform non-food preparation and cleanup duties in the kitchen and cafeterias
  • Serve as a cashier
  • Bus tables
  • Stock shelves and condiment containers
  • Clean kitchens, dishes and cafeterias
  • Empty trash containers
