Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food safety certification required within 90 days of job entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare assemble and deliver patient meals according to quality service infection control and food safety standards
- Deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens
- Serve guests and maintain positive customer and guest relations
- Replenish used foods and supplies
- Complete sanitation duties
- Perform dish room duties daily
- Collect payments for guest trays
- Handle transactions for food sales in the cafeteria as a cashier
- Set up and serve meals for corporate retail catering doctors dining room and other dining outlets
- Decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned
