Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- food safety certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- excellent customer service skills
- less than 1 year of related experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare assemble and deliver patient meals in accordance with quality service infection control and food safety standards
- deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens
- serve guests maintaining positive customer guest relations
- appropriately replenish used foods and supplies
- complete sanitation duties
- perform dish room duties as assigned daily
- collect payments for guest trays and handle transactions for food sales in the Cafeteria as a cashier according to established policies and procedures
- set up and serve meals for corporate retail catering Doctors Dining Room and other dining outlets
- decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned
