Job Duties

  • Serve food to patients and residents
  • clean and maintain food serving areas
  • prepare trays for meal service
  • transport food carts to serving areas
  • return used dishes and equipment to pot and dishwashing areas
  • participate in sanitation activities in dining and food preparation areas
  • operate dishwasher and maintain equipment readiness
