Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble, and portion food items
- stock and distribute foods and supplies to patients and customers
- clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, and equipment
- operate food service equipment
- follow quality food and sanitation standards
- perform custodial duties within the department
- assist with manual cleaning and sanitation tasks
