Job Requirements
- must be able to read and write English
- high school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam preferred
- physical ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day
- ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- normal vision and hearing with or without correction
- ability to climb intermittently
- ability to push, pull, and lift 100-300 pounds
- exposure to chemicals and cleaning products
- exposure to warm and cold temperatures
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of assigned dietary areas and equipment
- clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and carts
- clean equipment and surfaces
- uphold mission, vision, values, and customer service standards
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with proper storage of cleaned items
- report any maintenance or safety concerns
