Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- must be able to work part time schedule monday through friday
- must comply with sanitation and safety standards
- must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- remove trash and place it into designated containers
- steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with banquet table and front of the house set up
- assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product
- distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed
- comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
