Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or food service utility experience preferred
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday including rotating weekends
- available to work from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- ability to comply with sanitation and safety standards
- capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning
- willingness to perform other assigned duties
- ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare food service environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- ability to maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen work areas
- understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to sweep, mop, clean, and lift supplies
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work rotating weekends
Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- remove trash and place it into designated containers
- steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with banquet table and front of the house set up
- assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product
- distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
- comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
