Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree or a suitable combination of education and experience
- minimum age 18 years old
- must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required by the position and comply with safety policies
- basic knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools, including tape measurers and rivet guns
- strong hand-eye coordination
- attention to detail
- ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills
- effective quality management and technical skills needed
- ability to read, speak, and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions
- regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- ability to maintain a neat, professional appearance within company guidelines
- ability to utilize all company provided resources and technology
- repeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying, up to 35 lbs
- continuous bending, kneeling squatting, grasping, reaching, fine manipulation and exposure to chemicals and noise

Job Duties
- Safely disassemble and reassemble food service equipment using hand, power and air tools
- follow instructions based on customer and company requirements
- clean all components, replace parts as needed and refinish stainless steel
- work as part of a team to achieve daily goals
- test for proper operation and QC check
- assist with training and continuous improvement
- maintain work area and equipment in a clear, safe, and orderly condition
- prepare and/or package finished equipment for shipping
