Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in cold and hot environments for extended periods
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel and twist for 5-8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Dexterity in finger movement and grasping with both hands
- Availability to adhere to scheduled shifts and store needs
- Commitment to follow corporate policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and corporate standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Sample and suggestively sell products
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Cook and finish food within company standards
- Ensure accuracy of customer special orders
- Merchandise all food products within company guidelines
- Adhere to all corporate, state and federal rules and regulations
- Follow corporate uniform policy
- Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures
- Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs and cooling logs consistent with store policy
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
