This position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an independent business owner separate from Taco Bell Corp. or any affiliated entities. Franchisees operate their own establishments with individual wage and benefit programs, which may vary significantly from one franchisee to another. Job Requirements
- Must be clean, neat and well groomed
- Must have good hearing to work with customers and employees
- Must be honest
- Must be able to pay attention to detail
- Must be able to cope with pressure and remain calm
- Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time
- Must be able to count money and give change correctly
Job Qualifications
- Some high school courses preferred
- Basic knowledge of fast food operation
- Field knowledge of cash register and front line preparation procedures
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read recipes
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
- Works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Operates cash register
- Assists with front line preparation procedures
- Operates kitchen equipment as needed
- Maintains clean dining room and parking lot
- Wipes tables and ensures cleanliness of the customer area
