Job Requirements
- Must be clean, neat, and well groomed
- Must have good hearing
- Must be honest
- Must be able to cope with pressure and remain calm during challenging situations
- Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for 90 percent of shift time
- Must have good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods
- Must be able to work with minimum disruption to customers or employees
Job Qualifications
- Some high school courses preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read recipes and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic knowledge of fast food operations
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Attention to detail

- Ability to count money and give change correctly
Job Duties
- Quickly prepare customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
- Work as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Operate cash register
- Assist with front line preparation procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and parking lot
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
