Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90 percent of shift
- Clean, neat, and well groomed appearance
- Good hearing to work with customers and employees
- Honesty
- Ability to pay attention to detail and cope with pressure
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good manual dexterity for rapid and accurate work during rush periods
- Ability to work with minimal disruption to customers or employees
- Must be able to set priorities and react quickly
- Must be able to work in high noise and temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- Some high school courses preferred
- Basic knowledge of fast food operations
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to count money and give correct change
- Ability to operate cash register and kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Quickly prepares customer orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
- Works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Operates cash register
- Assists with front line preparation procedures
- Operates kitchen equipment as needed
- Wipes tables and maintains cleanliness of dining room and parking areas
- Maintains knowledge and operation of all equipment
