Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and stooping
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
- occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate kitchen tools, cooking equipment, and POS systems
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Visual acuity to read tickets, labels, and instructions
- Ability to safely handle sharp tools and hot surfaces
- May be required to wear a uniform, including slip-resistant shoes

- Ability to grill, sauté, bake, boil and fry using commercial kitchen equipment

- Ability to respond quickly to instructions and changing priorities
- Previous experience in food service, line cooking, or cashiering is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients including washing, chopping, and portioning
- Follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and prepared efficiently
- Cook and assemble meals to order during service periods
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cook line
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
- Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve minor customer concerns
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dining areas throughout shifts
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Participate in closing and restocking procedures
