Job Requirements
- Some high school courses preferred
- clean, neat and well groomed appearance
- good hearing to work with customers and fellow employees
- honest and reliable
- ability to read recipes and follow instructions
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of the shift
- good manual dexterity for rapid and accurate work
- ability to count money and give correct change
Job Qualifications
- Some high school courses preferred
- good interpersonal communication skills
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- basic knowledge of fast food operation
- basic cash register operation
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to cope with pressure and remain calm during challenging situations
Job Duties
- Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
- works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- operates cash register
- assists with front line preparation procedures
- operates kitchen equipment as needed
- maintains clean dining room and parking lot
- follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
