Job Requirements
- Must be clean, neat and well groomed
- Good hearing to work with customers, employees and drive through
- Must be honest
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90 percent of shift
- Ability to count money and give change correctly
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to follow safety rules
- Ability to cope with pressure and challenging situations
- Ability to work efficiently as a team member
Job Qualifications
- Some high school courses preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of fast food operations and cash register
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to read recipes
Job Duties
- Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
- Works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Operates cash register
- Assists with front line preparation procedures
- Operates kitchen equipment as needed
- Maintains clean dining room and parking lot
- Provides consistent product portions
