Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Effective communication skills
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34F to -10F as needed
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
- Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements during certain tasks

Job Duties
- Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement
- Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs including early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends
- Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Assess food service back of house, production areas, dining spaces, and merchandising spaces to ensure food safety and proper inventory levels
- Walk Food & Beverage Standards and Food Service routines daily to assess priorities and review reporting to identify business gaps
- Follow all food safety requirements and cleaning routines including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items
- Validate and follow up on team members' progress against department checklists and routines
- Lead team to uphold and maintain all Starbucks and Pizza Hut brand standards and production specifications where applicable
- Foster productive relationships with Starbucks district managers, attend required planning and business meetings
- Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices
- Follow proper perishable inventory management procedures
- Make production quantity decisions to ensure freshness, in-stocks, sales and profitability
- Remain up-to-date on relevant trends and products to educate team members
- Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes
- Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable
- Complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Lead and demonstrate a safety culture
- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and creating equitable experiences
- Model physical security processes and support merchandise protection strategies
- Address store emergency and compliance needs
- Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up while maintaining compliance
- Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- Lead thanking guests and reinforcing their choice to shop at Target
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
