Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable

- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- Ability to work in environments where allergens may be present

Job Duties
- Understand sales goals and plan daily and weekly workload to meet department and store sales targets
- Work a schedule aligned with guest and business needs including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
- Assess food service back-of-house, production, dining, and merchandising areas for food safety and inventory levels
- Walk Food & Beverage standards and routines daily to identify and address business gaps
- Follow all food safety requirements and monitor temperature-sensitive items as per policies
- Lead team to uphold Starbucks and Pizza Hut brand standards and production specifications
- Foster productive relationships with external partners and attend required planning meetings
- Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices
- Manage perishable inventory and make production decisions to ensure freshness and profitability
- Stay updated on relevant food trends to educate team members
- Participate in team hiring and onboarding
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and hold them accountable
- Complete required food safety and brand-specific training and certifications
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Model and lead safety culture through recognizing safe behaviors and reporting hazards
- Promote inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and creating equitable experiences
- Support merchandise protection and store security processes
- Respond to guest and team member issues across all store areas
- Assist in guest services such as cashier backup, order pickup, and drive-up while maintaining compliance
- Create a welcoming guest experience by engaging and assisting guests
- Perform all other duties as needed based on business requirements
