Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a patient food service role
- Ability to stand and/or walk 80 percent of the time
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs
- Capability to work in a standard office environment 20 percent of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CDM preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a previous patient food service role
Job Duties
- Continuously provide training to new and current employees
- Ensure proper storage is available and meets current local, state, and federal food handling guidelines
- Maintain proper inventory in regard to food and supplies
- Check outgoing patient trays to ensure accuracy of order prior to delivery
- Partner with Educator to develop and implement training materials
- Develop and implement cleaning schedule
- Assist with planning of events, special meals, and organizational functions
