Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service preferred
- ability to produce and maintain work schedules
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- capacity to multitask and manage stress effectively
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work occasional nights and weekends
- ability to train and mentor staff

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
- maintain serving schedules per menu specifications
- uphold sanitary department standards following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees promoting growth and morale
- maintain safe working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain maintenance logs on equipment
- ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacements
- demonstrate proficiency in multitasking
- perform additional duties as assigned
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering events ensuring timely delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
