Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends
- strong communication and leadership skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- ability to manage inventory and complete documentation accurately
- physical capability to perform duties including standing and lifting
- must be able to train and mentor staff
- capability to handle multiple tasks effectively

- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
- knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production safety and quality according to policies and procedures
- ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
- maintain all serving schedules and adhere to menu specifications
- maintain a sanitary department according to health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed for accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees while promoting growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor other food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacements
- proficiently multitask
- perform additional duties as requested

- manage daily catering events and ensure timely delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
