- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service experience preferred
- must be able to work full-time hours
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to supervise and lead a team

- ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production standards ensuring safety and quality
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules per menu specifications
- uphold sanitary conditions in compliance with health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees promoting growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend equipment replacement
- multitask effectively
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering event preparations
- work occasional night and weekend catering events
- attend food service staff meetings
- maintain communication with staff through various channels
- perform cashier duties as needed
