Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly
- must complete sanitation training
- ability to manage staff and operations
- capable of working flexible hours including nights and weekends
- able to maintain food safety standards
- physical ability to perform job duties

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies and procedures
- ensure food is stored safely and hazard-free
- maintain serving schedules and ensure proper food service following company policies
- maintain a sanitary environment following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed for accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees, promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- maintain safe working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- keep logs on equipment maintenance
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacement
- multitask proficiently
- perform other duties as assigned
- fill in for absent employees as necessary
- maintain catering event schedules and ensure timely delivery
- work occasional night and weekend events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
