Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant food service experience
- ability to read, write, and comprehend verbal instructions
- completion or willingness to complete sanitation course
- basic math skills
- ability to manage staff and delegate tasks
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
- ability to promote teamwork and positive public relations

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality standards
- ensure proper storage of food items
- maintain serving schedules according to menu specifications
- uphold sanitary conditions following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees and promote growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain maintenance logs for equipment
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend equipment replacement as needed
- multitask efficiently
- perform other duties as assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
- fill in for absent employees
- monitor daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catering events
- attend food service meetings with staff
- maintain communication with office staff via various methods
- perform cashier duties when needed
- promote good public relations
