Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- must complete sanitation course before or within first year
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- capability to multi-task and handle stress
- basic math skills
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies
- ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage
- maintain serving schedules and ensure food items are served per menu specifications
- maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed for accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees, promoting growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- train and mentor other food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- ensure food safety and temperature logs are completed with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend replacement of existing equipment
- multi-task proficiently
- perform other duties as requested by Food Service Director or Manager
- fill in for absent employees
- maintain knowledge of catering events and ensure preparation and timely delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
