Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience required
- ability to lift and carry 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work outside in inclement weather
- possession or ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 6 months
- possession or ability to obtain valid bartender license within 6 months
- flexible work schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- strong communication and leadership skills

- supervisory or lead role experience preferred
- basic knowledge of food preparation methods, techniques, and equipment
- ServSafe certification
- valid bartender license

Job Duties
- Oversee quality food preparation, presentation, and customer service
- guide and direct food service staff
- oversee training and development of part-time staff
- enforce state and local drinking laws and university policies
- clean, inspect, and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
- adhere to food safety regulations and policies
- assign and coordinate day-to-day activities of food service staff
- develop and schedule logistics and menus for daily and catering operations
- lead and provide exceptional customer service
- perform routine and non-routine food preparation activities
