Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • prior experience managing food service teams
  • prior experience in hospitality or contract services
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage performance metrics and financial targets
  • physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
  • compliance with safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred or equivalent experience
  • prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment including managing teams
  • experience in managing food and beverage service in theme parks, zoos, multi outlet food concepts preferred
  • ability to work an event based schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills
  • ability to lead a team in a fast paced environment and ensure guest service standards are met
  • knowledge of safety standards and operational excellence principles

Job Duties

  • Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
  • reward and recognize employees
  • ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
  • plan and lead daily team briefings
  • identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • deliver client and company financial targets
  • adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends
  • educate teams on key levers to improve margins
  • bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
  • follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
  • follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations including safety, health, wage, and hour
