Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- prior experience managing food service teams
- prior experience in hospitality or contract services
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage performance metrics and financial targets
- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- compliance with safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred or equivalent experience
- prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment including managing teams
- experience in managing food and beverage service in theme parks, zoos, multi outlet food concepts preferred
- ability to work an event based schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills
- ability to lead a team in a fast paced environment and ensure guest service standards are met
- knowledge of safety standards and operational excellence principles
Job Duties
- Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

- ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- plan and lead daily team briefings
- identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- deliver client and company financial targets
- adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends
- educate teams on key levers to improve margins
- bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
- maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
- follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations including safety, health, wage, and hour
