Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience assisting in restaurant operations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- compliance with food safety regulations
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to manage team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to prepare and maintain administrative and financial reports

- ability to make decisions during shifts
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- work at any station as needed
- ensure highest level of hospitality and service as Manager on Duty
- ensure compliance with food standards, quality, preparation, and production
- maintain personnel records, schedules, financial and administrative reports
- adhere to operational procedures for dining room, service area, and kitchen
- present specials, promotions, and marketing plans during shifts
