Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience assisting in restaurant operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • compliance with food safety regulations
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to manage team in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to prepare and maintain administrative and financial reports
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to make decisions during shifts

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • work at any station as needed
  • ensure highest level of hospitality and service as Manager on Duty
  • ensure compliance with food standards, quality, preparation, and production
  • maintain personnel records, schedules, financial and administrative reports
  • adhere to operational procedures for dining room, service area, and kitchen
  • present specials, promotions, and marketing plans during shifts
