Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production safety and quality according to policies and requirements
- Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage
- Maintain serving schedules and ensure food items are served as per menu specifications
- Maintain sanitary conditions following health and safety codes
- Maintain accurate inventory weekly
- Prepare orders as needed
- Supervise and evaluate employees, promote teamwork and morale
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Train and mentor food service workers
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs
- Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend equipment replacement
- Multitask proficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
- Fill in for absent employees
- Monitor daily catering events and ensure timely delivery
- Work occasional nights and weekends for catered events
- Attend food service meetings
- Maintain communication with staff
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Promote good public relations
