Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 2 years experience in patient food service role
- CDM certification required within 18 months of hire
- ability to stand or walk 80 percent of the time while pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs
- ability to sit 20 percent of the time in an office environment

Job Duties
- Provide training to new and current employees
- ensure proper storage meets local,state,and federal food handling guidelines
- maintain proper inventory of food and supplies
- check outgoing patient trays to ensure order accuracy prior to delivery
- partner with Educator to develop and implement training materials
- develop and implement cleaning schedules
- assist with planning of events,special meals,and organizational functions
