Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- Completion of sanitation course before or during first year
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting as necessary

- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

- Knowledgeable in operating an efficient, cost-effective program

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- Ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
- Maintain serving schedules according to menu specifications and policies
- Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes
- Maintain accurate inventory weekly
- Prepare orders as needed
- Supervise and evaluate employees, promote growth and teamwork
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Train and mentor food service workers
- Maintain maintenance logs for equipment
- Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend equipment replacement
- Multitask proficiently
- Perform other duties as requested
- Fill in for absent employees
- Maintain knowledge and preparation of catering events
- Work occasional night and weekend catered events
- Attend food service meetings
- Maintain communication with staff
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Promote good public relations
