Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or related field preferred
- ability to lead and supervise a team
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- attention to detail and multitasking ability
- willingness to undergo background checks and training

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- ensure proper storage of food items
- maintain serving schedules per menu specifications
- uphold sanitary standards and health regulations
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees, promote growth and teamwork
- maintain safe and hazard-free work environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance
- recommend equipment replacements
- multitask efficiently
- fill in for absent employees
- oversee daily catering events and ensure timely preparation
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain communication with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
