Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service supervision preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
- knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
- capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- basic computer skills for maintaining logs and schedules

Job Duties
- produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality standards
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules and menu compliance
- uphold sanitary conditions following health codes and regulations
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees
- promote teamwork and employee growth
- maintain a safe and hazard-free environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacements
- multi-task proficiently
- perform additional duties as requested
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering events preparation and delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend staff food service meetings
- maintain communication through various channels
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
