Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation
- One year of supervisory experience
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Ability to direct and manage the work of others
- Ability to maintain records and complete forms accurately
- Capability to apply mathematical concepts for inventory and order verification
- Knowledge of food safety hazards and precautionary measures
- Ability to train personnel on equipment care and operational methods
- Knowledge of safety and security precautions appropriate to food service work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise daily food service operations to ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Coordinate and manage food service staff to uphold operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with university policies, health codes, and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- Evaluate customer service quality and address issues promptly
- Train staff on proper food handling, preparation, and equipment use
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
