Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Capable of multitasking and managing team dynamics
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year
- Knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production quality and safety according to policies
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules and food service per menu specifications
- maintain sanitary conditions in accordance with health codes
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare orders for accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel and promote employee growth, morale, and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
- perform preventative maintenance
- recommend equipment replacements
- multitask proficiently
- perform duties as requested by Food Service Director or Manager
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering event preparations and delivery
- work occasional night and weekend catered events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain staff communication
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
