Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather
- ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within six months
- Valid bartender license required or ability to obtain within six months
- Willingness to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends
- High school diploma preferred

- Previous restaurant experience
- Previous restaurant experience in supervisory or lead role preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation methods, techniques, and equipment preferred
- High school diploma preferred
- ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within six months
- Valid bartender license required or ability to obtain within six months
Job Duties
- Oversee quality food preparation and presentation
- Guide and direct staff
- Oversee training and development of part-time staff
- Perform routine and non-routine food preparation activities including cook to order and specialty foods
- Enforce state and local drinking laws and university policies
- Clean, inspect, and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
- Adhere to federal, state, campus, and local food safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Assign and coordinate day-to-day activities of food service staff
- Develop and schedule logistics and menus for daily and catering operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and information regarding food preparation and catering
