Job Requirements

- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- basic computer skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- work at any station when necessary
- ensure highest level of hospitality and service as Manager on Duty
- ensure compliance with food standards, quality, preparation and production
- enforce standards for guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, safety and sanitation
- prepare and maintain personnel records, schedules, and financial reports
- adhere to company operational procedures for dining room, service area and kitchen
- present specials, promotions and marketing plans according to company guidelines
- comply with Federal, State and local regulations
- make decisions on team member position assignments
- manage purchases according to inventory levels and budgets
- implement disciplinary actions as Manager on Duty
- execute decisions required for effective shift operations
