Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • capability to lead and motivate team members
  • knowledge of local health and safety regulations

  • previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • proficiency with scheduling and financial reporting

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • work at any station when necessary
  • ensure highest level of hospitality and service as Manager on Duty
  • ensure compliance with food standards, quality, preparation and production
  • enforce standards for guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, safety and sanitation
  • prepare and maintain personnel records, schedules, and financial reports
  • adhere to company operational procedures for dining room, service area and kitchen
  • present specials, promotions and marketing plans according to company guidelines
  • comply with Federal, State and local regulations
  • make decisions on team member position assignments
  • manage purchases according to inventory levels and budgets
  • implement disciplinary actions as Manager on Duty
  • execute decisions required for effective shift operations
